While Jamaica’s borders are open, entry requirements are reviewed and adjusted every 2 weeks as necessary. So, be aware that requirements could change between the time you book your flight to Jamaica and your arrival.
Check with http://www.VisitJamaica.com to see the entry requirements. A negative COVID-PCR test is required within 10 days of arrival. Many countries now quire a negative test prior to re-entry. Canada requires a PCR test. The US requires a negative test as of January 26, 2021.
These requirements change so be sure to double-check the requirements.

Secret tip: If for some reason you can’t fly into Montego Bay such as due to missed or canceled flights that will cost you a day of your vacation, see if you can snag seats to Kingston instead. It is a longer and more expensive drive from the airport in Kingston to Discovery Bay or the North Coast; but, under the right circumstances is worth considering.
Note, this tip works best if you are staying between Ocho Rios and Discovery Bay, where the ride from the airport in Kingston would be about 2 – 2 ½ hours. If you are staying further afield, between Montego Bay and Negril, the hassle of the long drive, 3 1/2 – 5 1/2 hours, might not be worth it.

They usually offer great fares, no change fee, 2 checked bags free, and the most hilarious and helpful flight attendants in the sky. And, no, they didn’t pay us to say that.
