Before your arrival, we help organize many of the details that can otherwise become stressful or take hours to figure out on your own.
Meals and grocery shopping are planned around your group’s preferences, dietary needs, and schedule.
We also help coordinate activities, transportation, spa services, and local experiences based on your group’s interests, priorities, and travel style.
If you’re celebrating something special, we can also help arrange details such as cakes, live music, private yacht charter, or other memorable touches through our local network.
Most guests have never planned a villa vacation before. Our goal is to make the experience feel easier, more organized, and far less overwhelming from the beginning.
By the time your group arrives, much of the important planning has already been handled so you can simply settle in and enjoy time together.

Mais Oui is rented to one group at a time and is available on a first-booked, first-served basis.

A 30% deposit secures your reservation.
Because Mais Oui is rented to one group at a time, dates are not held without a deposit.
Once booked, we begin helping you organize the details of your stay, including meals, activities, transportation — so everything is organized before you arrive.
Meals are customized around your group’s preferences and schedule.
Most guests budget approximately $75–$85 per person, per day for groceries and meals at the villa, excluding alcohol.
We help coordinate menus, grocery shopping, and stocking prior to arrival. Groceries are paid directly to the store based on your selections.
If you prefer a more structured meal approach, we can also discuss meal plan options to create a custom inclusive villa experience.
Staff gratuity is separate from the villa rental and is an important part of how hospitality teams are compensated within Jamaica’s villa industry.
The typical range is 10–15% of the villa rental depending on the season and level of service provided during the stay.
This gratuity supports the chef, butler, housekeeping, grounds staff, and team members who help take care of your group throughout your time at Mais Oui.
The cancellation policy is as outlined in our Rental Agreement and applies to all bookings.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that written notice is received by the Owners.
In the rare event that the villa becomes unavailable or unsuitable for occupancy (for example, due to unforeseen circumstances affecting the property), the Owners reserve the right to cancel a booking with written notice.
If this occurs, all payments made will be fully refunded, and we will make every effort to assist you with alternative arrangements where possible.
Cancellations due to non-payment of the balance are not eligible for a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) coverage, to protect your plans.
